BASIC CORE EXERCISE – HEALTH TRINITY – Steve Tague – Secret MENS Business – SMB TV.

Basic core exercises In order to have a healthy and balanced body we must have a strong core. This helps us in protecting our back while also allowing us to generate force from the ground up. As with all exercise resist biting off more than you can chew. Rather take it slow and steady and build up over a suitable period of time. There are many more core-related exercises and I intend on bringing you more in my next installment. Stay tuned yo SMB and thanks for watching!
The most obvious benefit of squats is building your leg muscles – quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. These drills also create an anabolic environment, which promotes body-wide muscle building, improving muscle mass. Squats, and all of their variations, are a great exercise for the whole body.

In this clip I discuss the key points you should keep in mind when performing CORE EXERCISE, and utilising whole body exercises.

All exercises I demonstrate on SMB are a guide only. I recommend you seek the services of a qualified personal trainer if you have limited or no experience .

Have fun and get moving!
